•  Band An ensemble made of wind and percussion instruments.

• Lesson A time dedicated to studying your instrument and work on techniques that are important to playing your instrument well.  We meet once a week for half an hour on a rotation during the school day. Check the schedule to know when your lesson is for the week.

• Rehearsal When all of the instrument of the band practice together as a whole group and learn how to play together as a team to meet a common goal of a performance. Rehearsal is every Wednesday at 8:00 AM.

• Scale A series of stepwise pitches in ascending and descending order.

​

• Rhythm patterns of long and short notes.
